Technical Solutions Engineer
About the role
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you are the crucial link between our customers and the field sales team. You translate technical customer needs into suitable solutions within the Spirax Sarco portfolio and support the sales team with technical advice.
You answer questions about steam applications, prepare quotations, contribute to marketing initiatives and verify technical specifications for orders. In this role you will regularly collaborate with our international manufacturing sites.
With your curious, independent and solution-focused mindset, you actively contribute to the success of our customers. You report directly to the Technical Manager Benelux.

Your profile
Are you ambitious, driven and ready to continue developing within an international market leader?
- Master’s degree in industrial electromechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical insight combined with commercial awareness
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly
- Accurate, organised and strong at setting priorities
- Curious, independent and open to new processes and solutions
- Ideally based in the Zwijnaarde region
- Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus
